    The Death of Heroes

When Heroes season 1 came onto the scene it was a refreshing change. It brought mystery, sci-fi, comic book fantasy and just good action and adventure. Season 1 laid the foundation and set the standard. Multiple storylines interweaving together with a common them “Save the Cheerleader”.

In this 4th season they have severely missed the mark. Haphazard storylines aimlessly venturing off. When you have a show like Heroes it is a fantasy or dream if you will. So to waste precious time giving us a dream sequence for Hiro is redundant and unnecessary. The amount of subtitles used this season are just out right annoying.

There needs to be focus and clear purpose for these characters. It’s understandable that some may be lost. But for all the characters to be suffering from the same bewilderment is hopeless and depressing. While watching I keep asking myself… what’s the point? Why am I watching this?

This was somewhat of a family show (at least PG with the violence) where everybody can enjoy the ride. Now it’s seems riddled with political correctness with the storyline of Clair’s college lesbian/bisexual escapade. Is that somehow suppose to turn me on and keep me glued?

If the writers and producers of the show can’t get back to delivering good stories like the first season they’re going to continue to lose viewers like me. The decline of views have been steadily increasing and they don’t have the network or their audience to blame.

Who cares about complaining viewer as you?
This is one one the greatest episodes in current series.
As outstanding from this one as outstanding was the matrix-like episode from 1 series. The one in future.
This episodes remainds me Kurt Busieks Astro City comic book where anything could happens.
This drama have a lot great character but after first season there wasnt any good plot – so why dont make stories like that until you figured out something interesting?
